Freedom Needs a Soundtrack is both a podcast about how those concerts happened (and almost didn’t!) AND a cultural campaign that helps audiences once again find their power to make change. Like the concerts, it starts with the soundtrack — and through opportunities to act together, it grows into something far, far bigger.

This isn’t just nostalgia. It’s about building what comes next for all of us. Because stories of hope and action are fuel in hard times. Because the Tibetan freedom movement is at a turning point. Because nonviolent action needs a stage — and because culture can still shift what politics won’t.
